We start with prompting on invoices, bank statements and trial balances. You'll see exactly what AI gets wrong and how to check it, and we set the confidentiality rules from the first session.

Formulas, debugging the workbooks you inherited from whoever had the job before you, cleaning up a messy GL export, and prepping a bank reconciliation without doing it line by line.

Reporting and the close
Variance commentary, IFRS disclosures checked against the standard, close checklists and supporting memos. This is the week you pick the workflow you'll build and present in the final session.
tax & audit
Tax and audit
Researching the Ordinance and SROs with citations you can check against the source. Drafting replies to FBR notices, working papers and management letters that take hours by hand.

Systems
You'll build reusable AI assistants for the work that comes round every month. Then I'll show you AI connected to an ERP, querying live financial data.
final week
Governance, then your demo
Client data rules, ethics, and the AI policy you'll write for your own firm. Then you present one workflow that's already running in your real job, and the group gives you feedback on it.

When exactly does it run?
Six weeks, two evenings a week. The dates and timings are set with each batch, and early signups hear first.
What if I miss a session?
Sessions are live and not recorded. If you miss one, message me and I'll send you that session's materials so you can catch up before the next one. The workflow you build is your own work anyway.
Do I need a paid AI subscription?
No. Free tiers cover everything we do. If you want the upgrade, ChatGPT Go is Rs 1,400 a month, and I include a guide on paying for it without an international card.
Do I need to code?
No. Nothing here needs code.
Is my company's data used in the sessions?
No. All the datasets are synthetic. What not to paste into AI tools is one of the first things we cover.
Can my employer pay?
