A hands-on AI program for business owners

You answer the customers, write the quotations, post on Instagram and do the accounts yourself, and the day still runs out. Six weeks, two evenings a week, and you'll finish with five or more AI workflows running in your own business.

Everything here comes from real experience. 15 years solving business problems across Europe, the UK and the US·Get a discount when three or more join together.
01

Who it's for

[sellers]

Shops, traders and online sellers

Customer messages on WhatsApp and Instagram all day, product listings, and posts that have to go out every week. You'll draft them in minutes and keep your own time for the customers.

[exporters]

Manufacturers and exporters

Enquiries from foreign buyers, quotations, and emails that have to read well in English. You'll answer the same day, in clear business English.

[services]

Service businesses and agencies

Proposals, contracts, client updates and reports that say the same thing every month. You'll standardize them and build an assistant that drafts the rest.

[teams]

Owners with a team

Your staff is probably already pasting work into ChatGPT with no rules around it. You'll see what's worth rolling out, what should stay off it, and leave with the rules to hand them.

02

What you take away

[replies]

Your customer reply kit

You leave with saved replies for the questions customers ask every day, written in your own tone and ready to paste into WhatsApp or Instagram.

[content]

A month of posts and listings

You plan and draft a month of posts from your own products, and rewrite your product listings for Daraz or your own store.

[costing]

A costing and pricing sheet

You build a sheet that works out cost, margin and price for each product. AI sets it up, Excel does the sums, and you check the numbers.

[automation]

A weekly sales summary

You build an automation that reads your sales sheet every week and emails you what sold, and it keeps running after the program ends.

[certificate]

A certificate of completion

It names the program and states your contact hours. You get it after the final session, once you've presented the workflow you built.

03

The six weeks

[week 1]
assistant

Your business assistant

You set up an assistant that knows your products, prices and how you talk to customers. You'll see exactly what AI gets wrong, and we set the rules for customer data from the first session.

[week 2]
customers

Customers

You build saved replies for the questions customers ask every day, then draft quotations and follow-ups. AI writes the draft and you send it, so nothing goes to a customer you haven't read.

[week 3]
marketing

Marketing and selling online

You plan and draft a month of posts, captions and product photos from your own products. Then you rewrite your product listings for Daraz or your own store.

[week 4]
money

Money

You build a costing and pricing sheet with AI, and Excel does the sums. Then you paste in an FBR notice, get it explained in plain words, and prepare what to take to your tax adviser.

[week 5]
people

Buyers, suppliers and staff

You write to foreign buyers and suppliers in clear business English and get contracts explained in plain language. Then you draft job ads, interview questions and SOPs for your staff.

[week 6]
final week

Decisions, then your demo

You use AI as an adviser on pricing or a new product and learn to judge what it tells you. Then you set up your weekly sales summary and present what's already running in your business.

Questions

When exactly does it run?

Six weeks, two evenings a week. The dates and timings are set with each batch, and early signups hear first.

What if I miss a session?

Sessions are live and not recorded. If you miss one, message me and I'll send you that session's materials so you can catch up before the next one. The workflow you build is your own work anyway.

Do I need a paid AI subscription?

No. Free tiers cover everything we do. If you want the upgrade, ChatGPT Go is Rs 1,400 a month, and I include a guide on paying for it without an international card.

Do I need to code?

No. Nothing here needs code.

My business is small. Will this still fit?

Yes. Every exercise runs on the documents you bring, so the program shapes itself around your business.

Can AI do my taxes?

No. Chatbots get tax questions wrong too often. You'll use it to understand a notice and prepare your papers, and your tax adviser stays in charge.

Is my business data safe?

What not to paste into AI tools is one of the first things we cover. I'll also show you why a shared or resold ChatGPT account is a risk.

Can my employer pay?

Yes. I invoice companies, NTN included, and I'll send a one-page proposal you can forward to HR. For a team discount just message me on WhatsApp.

What if my plans change?

You get a full refund through week one. Just ask on WhatsApp and it's processed within 5 working days.
