We talk for 30 minutes
A call about your team, the work they actually do day to day, and what you want to be different afterwards. If a session isn't the right answer, I'll say so on that call.
You get a one-page proposal
One page covering the agenda, the format, the dates we could run it and the fee. You take it from there, and if you want something changed I'll rework it and send it back.
I deliver
On Zoom anywhere, or on site by arrangement. Your team keeps the materials, the prompt library and the policy they wrote, and I'm around afterwards for the questions that come up later.

Questions
How soon can you run it?
Tell me the date you have in mind and I'll say straight away whether it works. Most of the lead time goes on building the exercises from your own documents, so the more notice you give me the better they are.
Do you customize the content?
Always. Before any session I ask for samples of the documents and processes your team works with, and the exercises are built on those.
On site or on Zoom?
On Zoom anywhere. On site by arrangement, depending on where you are and the format.
How big can the group be?
Hands-on sessions work best up to about 25 people. Briefings can be larger. For bigger teams we split into batches.
What tools does our team need?
Free AI tools are enough for the sessions. If your company already has licenses, we use those, and the governance part covers what your data policy should allow.
Will you sign our NDA?
Yes. Send it with your enquiry and I'll sign it before you share any documents.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer, against a company invoice with NTN included.
