A hands-on AI program for doctors and healthcare staff
If reading, research and paperwork are eating the hours you'd rather give to patients, this is for you. Six weeks, two evenings a week, and you'll finish with five or more AI workflows running in your actual job.
Who it's for
Postgraduate trainees
Your synopsis and your article are due on top of a full rota. You'll use AI for the reading, the methods and the writing, and stay inside CPSP's limits on AI content and plagiarism.
House officers and medical officers
Discharge summaries, referral letters and exam preparation after a night on call. You'll draft the paperwork in minutes and spend the time you get back on patients and study.
Consultants and GPs
A case outside your specialty, a guideline that changed, a patient who already asked ChatGPT. You'll use AI as a second opinion and know how to check what it tells you.
Nurses and administrators
Handover notes, rosters, audits, SOPs and the monthly reports. Most of it repeats every week, and that's the part AI takes off your plate first.
What you take away
Your evidence notebook
You load the guidelines and papers for your specialty into one notebook. It answers your questions and shows the page each answer came from.
Your synopsis toolkit
You leave with prompts and checks for every part of your synopsis and article, from the research question to the references, used within CPSP's limits.
Letters and patient instructions
You build templates for discharge summaries, referral letters and patient instructions that you fill from your own notes and check before they go out.
Your time saved, measured
You time three of your own tasks before and after, and present the difference in the final session.
A certificate of completion
It names the program and states your contact hours. You get it after the final session, once you've presented the workflow you built.
The six weeks
foundations
Foundations
We start with prompting on your own documents, with patient details removed. You'll see exactly what AI gets wrong and how to check it, and we set the patient confidentiality rules from the first session.
evidence
Finding and reading the evidence
You build a notebook of guidelines and papers for your specialty and answer a clinical question from it. AI can invent references that look real, so you check every one against the source.
cases
A second opinion on a case
You present a case with the patient details removed and get differentials and management options to weigh against your own. You also practise on cases where the AI is wrong, so you learn to catch it.
research
Your synopsis and your article
You use AI to plan the structure, methods and statistics of your synopsis and to check your references. CPSP limits AI-generated content, so you write the text yourself and use AI to improve it.
letters
Letters, summaries and patients
You draft discharge summaries, referral letters and medical reports from your own notes. Then you write patient instructions in plain English and check them line by line before they go out.
final week
Your department, then your demo
You turn your own notes into practice questions for your exams and build teaching slides. Then you write the AI policy for your department and present a workflow with its time before and after.
In a 2025 trial with 58 doctors, all trained in AI first, those who used ChatGPT on clinical cases scored 71% on diagnostic reasoning. Those without it scored 43%. Read the study

Questions
When exactly does it run?
Six weeks, two evenings a week. The dates and timings are set with each batch, and early signups hear first.
What if I miss a session?
Sessions are live and not recorded. If you miss one, message me and I'll send you that session's materials so you can catch up before the next one. The workflow you build is your own work anyway.
Do I need a paid AI subscription?
No. Free tiers cover everything we do. If you want the upgrade, ChatGPT Go is Rs 1,400 a month, and I include a guide on paying for it without an international card.
Do I need to code?
No. Nothing here needs code.
Does AI make the clinical decision?
No. You'll use it the way you'd use a colleague's opinion. The decision and the responsibility stay with you.
Is patient data used in the sessions?
No. All the examples are made up, and you remove patient details from anything you bring. What not to paste into AI tools is one of the first things we cover.
Will my synopsis pass CPSP's AI check?
No course can promise that. CPSP limits AI-generated content to under 30%, so you'll write the text yourself and use AI for the reading, the structure and the checking.
Which AI tools do we use?
ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini on their free tiers, plus free research tools such as NotebookLM, Consensus and Elicit. All of them work on their free plans, without an international card.
Can my employer pay?
Yes. I invoice companies, NTN included, and I'll send a one-page proposal you can forward to HR. For a team discount just message me on WhatsApp.
What if my plans change?
You get a full refund through week one. Just ask on WhatsApp and it's processed within 5 working days.
